Fulfillment and Shop Assistant

Fulfillment & Shop Assistant Job Description Garden Deva Sculpture Company is a local Tulsa shop that creates artful metal sculptures for the home and garden. We create all of our products from start to finish in our facility. This part time position includes approximately 18 hours per week of the below duties regarding fulfillment and production assistance.

Job Duties Include:

Fulfillment Packaging orders to be shipped or for in-store pickup Notifying customers of order fulfillment (shipping & in-store pickup) Ordering shipping supplies Keeping order pick-up area, as well as the shipping station, clean & organized Production Assistance Assisting with creating items for orders and the gallery, included but not limited to windchimes, dowops, and other beaded, wired, or magneted items. Creating components for Create-Your-Own Windchime Kits, and keeping the Windchime station organized and stocked. Assisting with the bead inventory, placing orders, and maintaining a stocked and tidy area. Various duties & gallery assistance Occasional help including but not limited to checking out customers, taking orders, answering the phones, opening and closing the retail floor Keeping the bathrooms & kitchenette clean and restocked as needed Assisting with gallery merchandising & maintenance (including but not limited to maintaining and changing out retail displays, price tagging and putting product into the gallery, prepping gallery for events, dusting and sweeping) Additional duties as assigned by management. Primary responsibilities for shifts will focus on fulfillment with gallery coverage/various duties as needed. With this position, we are looking for someone who is: Experience with fulfillment preferred, but not required. Detail oriented Reliable and easy to communicate with Self-motivated Shows up with a positive and helpful attitude

Scheduling:

Shifts will be Wednesday-Friday from 9am-3pm. Each 5+ hour shift has an optional 30 minute to 1 hour unpaid lunch break during the workday. Shifts may vary based on workload and availability. Additional shifts may be offered seasonally or on an as-needed basis. Must be available for special events and sales at Garden Deva (i.e. seasonal events, Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, etc). Must be able to lift 50 pounds. On the job training will be provided.
