Job Description

Job Title:
Overnight Store Associate (Part-Time)Job Summary Are you a self-motivated night owl who takes pride in a job well done? Fuel & Fly Mart is looking for a reliable Overnight Store Associate to join our team. As the face of our store during the late-night hours, you will ensure our customers receive fast, friendly service while preparing the store for a successful morning rush.
Customer Excellence :
Provide a warm greeting and efficient service, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
Store Readiness :
Stock and "face" shelves, replenish coolers, and ensure all products are properly labeled and priced for the morning.
Cleanliness Standards :
Maintain a spotless environment by cleaning the sales floor, restrooms, and beverage area.
Freshness & Safety :
Prepare fresh coffee and food items following strict health guidelines.
Safety & Security :
Monitor surveillance and follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours. Strong basic math skills for cash handling. Physical stamina to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs . Reliability is non-negotiable; we need someone who consistently arrives on time. Why Join Us?
