Job Description

Temporary Stockroom Project Assistant (Summer Opportunity) - $20/hr Looking for a great summer job? We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support a short-term project in our maintenance stockroom. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in manufacturing operations, inventory systems, and data management while working in a warehouse environment. This role is ideal for a college student or anyone looking for flexible, short-term work this summer.
Position Details Pay:
$20.00/hour
Duration:
Approximately 4 weeks
Start Date:
June 15 or as soon as a candidate is identified
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Hours:
Flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 2:30
PM Minimum:
25 hours per week What You'll Do Update and maintain inventory data in Excel spreadsheets Enter and verify information in our ERP system (Plex) Assist with stockroom organization and project support Review data for accuracy and completeness Work closely with maintenance and operations teams What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to learn new software systems quickly (ERP experience is a plus) Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated Comfortable working in a warehouse or stockroom environment Experience with Plex or other ERP systems is a plus, but candidates with solid Excel skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
