Responsibilities Stock shelves with fresh produce, ensuring items are organized, properly labeled, and visually appealing Load and unload shipments efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the produce section, including cleaning displays and storage areas Assist customers with their selections, answer questions about produce options, and provide friendly service Support merchandising efforts by rotating stock, packaging produce for sale, and setting up attractive displays Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, packaging, and maintaining the produce area Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Produce Associate to help deliver fresh quality while developing your skills in retail operations!
