Duties Manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, shelving, and organizing books and merchandise Perform heavy lifting when stocking shelves or moving large items safely using forklifts or other equipment as needed Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries, recommendations, and checkout transactions Maintain store cleanliness by performing routine cleaning, organizing displays, and ensuring the overall tidiness of the retail space Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays, arranging books attractively, and supporting promotional activities Skills Strong inventory management skills with experience in stock control systems and retail math. Proficiency Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining store presentation and inventory accuracy Customer service-oriented mindset with effective interpersonal skills to engage diverse clientele Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Must available Saturday's!
