Full Job Description About Enclave :
Enclave is solving the hybrid work problem by bringing small, staffless, tech-enabled coworking spaces to the suburbs. Right now, suburban professionals face a false choice: work at home or commute to the office. Our tech enabled, 100% remote-managed spaces provide an alternative option at the lowest possible cost. We currently have one SoCal location open in Manhattan Beach, with several more on the way. Backed by three Chicago and Silicon Valley VC firms, Enclave is poised to build on our initial success. We plan to open 10-15 new locations in the next 12-15 months and need the right team to help us do it! We are a fast-growing company and are looking for someone who is resourceful, polished, and hard-working, with a desire to work directly with the executive team, and influence the direction of the company. Job Description :
Enclave is looking for motivated individuals for hourly work cleaning and stocking its Southern California coworking spaces. Responsibilities would range from basic janitorial to inventory reporting and the stocking of supplies and provisions. A personal vehicle is required .
Qualifications :
Dependable and with an eye to the future. This role has massive upside growth potential for the motivated individual.
Compensation :
Hourly pay based on number of hours worked. Scheduled raises and equity and cash bonuses available for strong performance.
Hours :
Very flexible outside of normal business hours. Our locations need to be cleaned and stocked in the early morning, evening, or overnight.
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
