Stock Associate

Compensation:

Starting at $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

Flexible, based on store needs Must be 21+ to apply Chris Gasbarro's Fine Wine & Spirits is looking for a Beer Stocker / Redemption Associate to maintain store organization, assist customers, and keep beer and redemption areas running smoothly. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the redemption room , including emptying machines, moving items to designated areas, and ensuring cleanliness. Assist customers with redemption transactions and provide friendly service. Keep the walk-in beer cooler and store shelves fully stocked and organized . Perform general housekeeping duties , including maintaining cleanliness inside and outside of the store. Ensure redemption machines are properly maintained and functional. Assist with other store tasks as needed to support operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Must be 21+ ✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods ✔ Previous cashier experience (preferred) ✔ ETIPS certification (preferred, but training available for the right candidate) ✔ Previous beer & wine knowledge (a plus) ✔ Strong customer service skills and ability to work well with customers and team members
