Stocker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stocker to join our team. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store shelves are fully stocked and organized, providing our customers with a positive shopping experience.

Duties:

• Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
• Stock shelves and displays with products according to company standards
• Rotate and organize products to ensure freshness and minimize waste
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock situations to management
• Assist customers in locating products and provide information on pricing and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, shelves, and storage areas

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail or stocking role is preferred but not required

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills to maintain neat and orderly displays
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate stocking and pricing of products
