Job Description

Logistics Team Lead What You Will Work On In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end flow of merchandise, ensuring product moves efficiently from receiving to the sales floor to support a seamless customer experience. You will take ownership of daily logistics execution, balancing accuracy, speed, and safety while keeping inventory organized and accessible. Your work directly supports sales readiness, inventory integrity, and overall store performance. You will plan workloads, guide priorities, and actively participate in hands‑on operational work throughout each shift. By coaching team members and monitoring processes, you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce friction in daily operations. You will also support store initiatives, seasonal transitions, and operational projects that help the business stay agile and customer‑ready. Who You Will Work With You will work closely with Store Leaders to align logistics priorities with business needs and daily sales goals. Collaboration with Sales Team Members is essential to ensure merchandise is available, well‑presented, and ready to support customer demand. You will provide day‑to‑day guidance to logistics and receiving team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role partners across departments, supporting cross‑functional execution and stepping in where needed to keep the store running smoothly. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred At least two (2) years of retail or logistics experience required Demonstrated experience supporting operational processes and driving results in a fast‑paced environment Strong customer service mindset with a focus on creating positive experiences Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and leaders Working knowledge of inventory systems, logistics workflows, and order processing tools Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures Comfort using common business tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel Strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgment when priorities shift Ensures team member compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations Participates in floor walks with store and district leadership as needed A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed Work Style & Physical Requirements Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs Capability to remain on your feet and move throughout the store for extended periods during scheduled shifts Ability to perform physical job functions such as walking, bending, reaching, pulling, carrying, and lifting items up to 50 lbs Capacity to complete repetitive tasks, including scanning, stocking, and folding merchandise Comfort using ladders or step stools to access merchandise as needed Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment while adapting to shifting priorities Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
