Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Stocker and become a vital part of our retail operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized, well-stocked shelves and ensuring the smooth flow of inventory throughout the store. Your proactive approach will help create an inviting shopping environment, support sales goals, and enhance customer satisfaction. Whether you're managing inventory, assisting with shipping and receiving, or supporting merchandising efforts, your contributions will be essential to our success. Duties Stock shelves efficiently using inventory management systems and RF scanners to ensure accurate product placement. Load and unload shipments with proper lifting techniques, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary. Conduct regular inventory control checks to maintain stock accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly. Assist customers with product location inquiries, providing excellent customer service and bilingual support if applicable. Support shipping & receiving processes by organizing incoming deliveries, verifying shipments, and preparing outgoing orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and sales floor, including merchandising displays and backroom storage areas. Perform heavy lifting tasks safely during stocking, packaging, or moving products within the store or warehouse. Skills Strong inventory management skills with experience using RF scanners and inventory control systems. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual preferred) to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Proven warehouse experience with knowledge of stocking, shipping & receiving, and merchandising procedures. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed. Retail sales experience combined with customer service skills to enhance shopping experiences. Organizational skills to manage stock levels accurately while supporting retail math calculations for pricing and inventory counts.
