This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep a retail store running smoothly. You'll work closely with our Stockroom Manager to help process new arrivals, maintain an organized backroom, and ensure the sales floor stays stocked and looking its best. This position can be part-time or full-time depending on availability and experience. Responsibilities Unpack and process incoming shipments Steam and prepare merchandise for the sales floor Restock the sales floor throughout the day Assist with inventory transfers between locations Help maintain accurate inventory organization and storage Keep the backroom clean, efficient, and organized Work alongside the Stockroom Manager to ensure daily inventory tasks are completed Qualifications Detail-oriented and highly organized Takes initiative and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable lifting and moving boxes up to 50 pounds Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a shift Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed Retail, inventory, warehouse, or stockroom experience is a plus but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, enjoys checking tasks off a list, and understands that great customer experiences start behind the scenes.
