Brown Distributing is Austin's local beer and beverage distributor! 4-day workweek! Must have a valid class "C" Texas Driver's License Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb during long shifts: 8-12 hours Must be able to lift and carry 15-40 pound cases on a repetitive basis Must have the ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather and/or temperature conditions Major Duties and Responsibilities The following duties and responsibilities are representative of those required by this position and are not meant to be all inclusive: Restock account inventories by moving product from the back room to the cold boxes, displays, and warm shelves Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with customer account management Adheres to the strict safety policies and practices set in place by Brown Distributing, the account, and state and federal law Perks We frequently cross-train our team members and prefer to hire from within so there is constantly opportunity for advancement (98.6% of our company leadership has been promoted from within) 401K with company matching Great insurance plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield, VSP, & OneAmerica Paid Vacation and Sick Days Gold's Gym Membership at a discounted amount
