About the Role As a Stock Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting daily store operations by receiving shipments, organizing inventory, stocking merchandise, and ensuring products are readily available for customers. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build experience in retail, inventory management, and logistics. What You'll DoInventory & Stock Management Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries Stock shelves, displays, and sales floor merchandise accurately and efficiently Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and merchandise organization Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed Identify and report damaged, misplaced, or missing merchandise Maintain inventory accuracy and organized stockroom operations Store Operations & Team Support Keep stockrooms, storage areas, and workspaces clean, organized, and safe Replenish merchandise throughout the day to ensure product availability Assist with merchandising displays, promotional setups, and seasonal transitions Move, arrange, and organize inventory throughout the store as needed Support team members during busy periods and peak business hours Help maintain a professional and customer-ready store environment General Responsibilities Follow company safety procedures and stock-handling guidelines Maintain high standards of organization and store presentation Safely operate stock-handling equipment when trained and authorized Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs throughout shifts Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous experience is not required.
