Job Description
Join our growing team as a Stocker in Austin, Texas! While the position title is Stocker, this is a customer-facing, sales-focused role that combines retail support, customer service, and sales assistance. You'll help customers find products, provide recommendations, support promotional initiatives, and contribute to achieving store sales goals. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in retail sales, customer service, merchandising, and business operations. Duties Customer Service & Sales Support Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience. Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions. Provide product information, recommendations, and promotional details. Support sales initiatives by promoting featured products and special offers. Build positive customer relationships through exceptional customer service. Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and store policies. Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Merchandising & Store Support Ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Assist with product displays, promotional setups, and seasonal merchandising. Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management. Help maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready sales floor. Support store presentation standards to enhance the customer experience. Store Operations Assist with customer transactions and checkout support when needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals. Support daily store operations and special promotional events. Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with an interest in retail sales. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
