About the Role As a Stocker, you will support daily store operations while assisting customers, promoting products, and contributing to sales goals. What You'll Do Customer Service & Sales Support Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience. Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions. Provide product recommendations and information on promotions. Support sales initiatives by promoting featured products and special offers. Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and store policies. Build positive customer relationships through exceptional service. Merchandising & Store Support Ensure merchandise is organized, stocked, and attractively displayed. Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining product availability. Support promotional displays and seasonal merchandising initiatives. Help maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready sales floor. Store Operations Assist with customer transactions and checkout support when needed. Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management. Support daily store operations and team objectives. Follow company policies and operational procedures. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
