is hiring for our 1st shift team that is focused on Inbound Replenishment/Put Away ; Responsible for stocking and rotating products across our 100,000 sq. ft. Air-Conditioned Warehouse . The position is also instrumental in the inventory cycle count process that is performed six time a year. Our ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail, the drive to meet his/her per hour goals and the ambition to learn a variety of warehouse skills. This position may include but is not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift to move and put away product. Replenish pick areas identified by replenishment reports and various requests for needed product. Ensures all material put away is completed accurately and on time. Stock freight according to assigned locations while effectively rotating product. Move stock from overstock locations to picking locations. Work closely with other departments to resolve discrepancies identified in material receipts. Assist in conducting cycle counts. Transport products by hand, truck, or forklift equipment to maintain continuous flow of product. Communicate with supervisor/lead for lane assignments and report any issues to management that could result in process delays, safety issues. Communicate with the 3rd Shift Lead, warehouse supervisors and co-workers to ensure accuracy of work. Work closely with other team members to ensure that daily goals are obtained or exceeded. Keep warehouse organized and clean to maintain safety. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Must be able to read, write and speak in English. 1 yr

• Experience working in a warehouse/distribution 1 yr
• Standup Forklift driving experience is required Positive can-do attitude Ability to lift 50 lbs, push carts over 60 lbs Ability to safely ascend and descend ladders Must be able to operate a pallet jack and organize pallets Must be able to physically stand, reach, pull, bend, stoop and kneel for long periods of time This position will also be cross-trained in Inventory, Receiving and Quality Control.
