Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Stocker and become a vital part of our retail operation! Responsibilities Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are properly labeled and faced out to attract customers Manage inventory levels using RF scanners and inventory control systems to prevent stockouts or overstocking Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Assist in shipping and receiving tasks, verifying incoming deliveries against purchase orders Maintain cleanliness of the store environment by performing regular cleaning, organizing stock areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays and ensuring products are presented appealingly Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with locating items, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Requirements Prior warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training provided for all new team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse tools is a plus Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in inventory management and store presentation Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist customers confidently Knowledge of retail math for accurate stock counts, pricing adjustments, and sales transactions Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings as needed to support store operations This role offers an engaging environment where your energy makes a difference!
