You will be in the stockroom and on the floor — unloading deliveries, keeping shelves stocked, and making sure product is always where it needs to be. It is not glamorous but it is consistent, it keeps you moving, and it is the kind of role where showing up and doing the job well gets noticed. What You Will Be Doing Unloading deliveries and checking incoming stock against purchase orders Sorting, labelling, and organising product in the stockroom ready for the floor Replenishing shelves, rails, and displays throughout your shift Rotating stock and checking for damaged or out of date product regularly Keeping the stockroom and shop floor clean, safe, and organised at all times Supporting the team during busy periods, new product launches, and seasonal resets Flagging stock discrepancies, damaged deliveries, or low levels to a supervisor What We Are Looking For Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for a full shift Reliable and punctual — stock schedules run early and the team depends on everyone showing up Able to work at a good pace without cutting corners on accuracy Comfortable taking direction and following store procedures Previous stock, warehouse, or retail experience is useful but not required What You Get Competitive hourly pay with a 90-day review Paid training from day one Health, dental, and vision benefits available for full-time associates after 60 days Paid sick leave in accordance with Kansas City ordinance Flexible shifts across early mornings, evenings, and weekends Genuine progression into senior stock and supervisory roles Work Environment This is an active, physical role. Early morning shifts may involve receiving and processing large deliveries before the store opens.
