About the Role As a Stock Associate, you'll play an essential role in supporting daily store operations by receiving shipments, organizing inventory, stocking merchandise, and ensuring products are readily available for customers. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help create a seamless shopping experience. What You'll DoInventory & Stock Management Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments and deliveries Organize stockrooms and storage areas to maintain inventory accuracy Stock shelves, displays, and sales floor merchandise efficiently Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to management Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and merchandise organization Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed Identify and report damaged, missing, or misplaced merchandise Store Operations & Team Support Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockrooms and work areas Replenish merchandise throughout the day to support customer demand Assist with merchandising projects, promotional displays, and seasonal setups Move and arrange inventory throughout the store as needed Collaborate with team members to support store goals and daily operations General Responsibilities Follow company safety procedures and inventory management guidelines Maintain high standards of organization and store presentation Safely operate stock-handling equipment when trained and authorized Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs throughout shifts What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in stocking, warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, retail, or stockroom support is preferred but not required.
