Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Stocker to join our vibrant retail team! Duties Manage inventory control by accurately stocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining proper product placement using RF scanners and warehouse equipment. Load and unload shipments efficiently, utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools to ensure timely delivery of goods. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against purchase orders. Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively on shelves and ensuring displays are tidy and inviting. Perform regular cleaning duties in the storage areas, aisles, and customer-facing sections to uphold safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product locations, answering questions, and offering a friendly shopping experience. Collaborate with team members across departments such as stocking, packaging, cashiering, and retail sales to ensure smooth store operations. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or retail store background preferred; familiarity with grocery stores is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and stock accuracy. Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners; certification is advantageous. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly valued for effective communication with diverse customers and team members. Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational abilities to coordinate stocking schedules and maintain inventory records.
