In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our inventory operations, ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and ready to serve our customers. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a seamless shopping experience, supporting retail sales and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy working with inventory management tools, this position is perfect for you! Duties Efficiently load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Manage inventory control by accurately stocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting regular stock checks with RF scanners. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods. Support merchandising efforts by maintaining attractive displays and ensuring product availability on the sales floor. Perform heavy lifting tasks daily to move products safely within the warehouse or retail space. Maintain cleanliness of the storage areas through routine cleaning and organization tasks. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product location, answering questions, and supporting retail sales efforts. Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with inventory management systems, RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accurate stock levels and product placement. Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety standards. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customer needs. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively. Experience in grocery stores or retail environments involving produce, packaging, merchandising, or cashiering is advantageous.
