Job Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Cashier, Sales Associate, and Stocker — a versatile role that keeps our store running smoothly and ensures an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts Assist customers with product demos and upselling to maximize sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are attractively presented Stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently to keep the sales floor well-supplied Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products or store policies with excellent phone etiquette Support supervisory staff by supervising team members when needed and ensuring store policies are followed Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred; familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for cash handling and transactions Demonstrated ability to upsell products and conduct engaging product demos Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail math principles Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Supervising experience is advantageous but not required; leadership qualities are appreciated Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their retail expertise while contributing to a vibrant team.
