Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate in Garland, Tx.
Pay Rate:
$24 per hour Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with required overtime) We are seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate with an hourly rate of $24 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities will be in the receiving department, with additional support provided to the team once receiving tasks are complete. Manage a team of 4-6 dock hands, overseeing the unloading, sorting, and put-away process for all inbound shipments. Ensure the efficient loading of trucks with university furniture for colleges. Work in a fast-paced environment, managing substantial overtime, particularly during peak periods.
Requirements:
Stable work history. Ability to lead and manage a team of warehouse associates. Previous experience in warehouse or distribution is preferred, but not mandatory. Must not have any felonies on record within the past 7 years. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Resume required Must Interview with the company
