Additional Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. CPO Certification (not required, but a plus) Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments with precision. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and providing product demos to enhance their shopping experience. Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain organized and appealing merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts, ensuring products are easy to find and well-presented. Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and conducting regular stock checks to ensure product availability. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or taking orders remotely. Support team supervision by guiding new associates on store procedures and customer service standards when needed. Requirements Previous retail experience is preferred. Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for cashiering and retail math calculations. Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is advantageous but not required. Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. Knowledge of grocery store operations, merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices. Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
