This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and supporting efficient store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Stock Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, stocking merchandise, and ensuring products are readily available for customers. About the Role You will be responsible for receiving shipments, organizing inventory, stocking shelves, and supporting daily store operations while helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Stock Management Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments. Verify merchandise against shipment documentation. Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas accurately and efficiently. Replenish inventory and ensure products are readily available for customers. Assist with inventory counts, audits, and stock checks. Organization & Merchandising Organize stockrooms and storage areas to maximize efficiency. Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed. Rotate merchandise and maintain inventory according to company guidelines. Assist with promotional displays and seasonal merchandise changes. Store Operations & Support Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockrooms and sales floor areas. Identify and report damaged, missing, or misplaced merchandise. Support sales floor teams and assist customers when needed. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and inventory control standards. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically active environment. Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise safely. Strong time-management and multitasking abilities. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Previous stock, warehouse, inventory, or retail experience is a plus but not required.
