Live Show Assistant Kika's Kloset Midland, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Sales support Packing Fashion retail Attention to detail Retail sales Full Job Description Kika's Kloset is a boutique women's fashion brand selling live across multiple platforms, building a loyal and growing community one show at a time. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Live Show Assistant to join us in person and help take the operation to the next level. What You'll Do Help stage and prepare inventory before each show Assist the host during the live show — logging sales, tracking buyers, and keeping the inventory organized in real time while keeping up with customers' requests Prepare and pack orders after the show with precision Post unsold items to selling platforms with accurate information Ensure the accuracy of every order while meeting the shipping deadline What We're Looking For Exceptional attention to detail — mistakes in this role directly affect customers and therefore shop ratings Someone who picks up new systems quickly and takes ownership of their work Reliable, punctual, and professional — show days have a fixed schedule, but other days/times may be trialed Comfortable with technology — multiple applications and platforms are utilized Fashion or retail experience is a plus but not required — the right attitude matters more What You'll Get $18-$20/hr depending on experience • Paid per show day Part-time and flexible — 2 to 3 show days per week, evenings A front-row seat to a fast-growing brand with real room to grow with the business The ability to provide feedback on the in-house show management app currently being created
