Job Summary:

The main responsibility of a Stock Associate is to ensure that inventory gets out on the sales floor in good condition as quickly as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Removing merchandise from boxes and pallets Inspecting merchandise for damage and imperfections, and logging defective items as needed Printing price tags or labels and applying them to merchandise Scanning items and entering them into the inventory system Placing inventory in storage areas within the storeroom or warehouse Filling shelves, racks and other display fixtures with new products Returning products left at checkout areas and other places to their appropriate locations Disposing of empty boxes, packaging and pallets

Minimum Education and Requirements:

No minimum education required Previous experience as stocker or warehouse worker is a plus. Pay depends on experience and will be discussed with applicant during the time of the interview.
