Job Description

We are seeking energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Stock Associates in Austin, Texas. Inventory & Shipment Processing Receive shipments: Unload delivery trucks efficiently and safely verify incoming shipments against packing slips.
Unpack and prep:
Sort, tag, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor or stockroom storage. Damages & discrepancies: Identify and report any damaged items or inventory shortages according to company policies. 2. Merchandising & Floor Support Stock shelves: Keep sales floor displays, shelves, and racks fully stocked and visually appealing.
Maintain organization:
Organize the stockroom systematically so product is easy to find and retrieve.
Price accuracy:
Ensure items are correctly priced and labeled according to current promotions and guidelines. 3.
Store Operations & Safety Upkeep:
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of both the stockroom and the sales floor.
Team collaboration:
Assist front-end teams and cashiers by retrieving items or conducting quick price checks when needed.
Compliance:
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines regarding heavy lifting and equipment handling. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle the physical demands of the role (standing, walking, bending, and lifting/moving merchandise). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Reliable, punctual, and a self-motivated worker. A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Previous stock, warehouse, or retail experience is a plus, but not required! We provide training.
