Shift starts at 9:45 AM and ends at 6:30 PM Work schedule includes weekdays and one weekend day Cross-training opportunities available Potential pay increase after onboarding based on performance Responsibilities Responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the assigned Resale Store. Duties Assist the Manager in fostering a positive FBWC culture through the agency's core values. Promote the Customer Rewards Program, communicate sales promotions to customers, help achieve store sales goals, and increase awareness of the agency's mission. Perform cashier duties accurately and efficiently. Maintain records related to cash operations and complete required paperwork. Work directly with donors to ensure they are treated with respect and professionalism. Communicate agency guidelines regarding acceptable donations to ensure only safe and valuable items are received. Make pricing decisions for merchandise. Assist with moving merchandise from the receiving area to the sales floor in a timely manner. Assist with stocking, merchandising, and maintaining fitting rooms, sales floor areas, and public spaces. Organize and maintain a clean, attractive, and efficient workspace daily. Follow and promote safe work practices with volunteers and community service workers. Attend weekly staff meetings. Meet annual KPI requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous cashier experience preferred. Ability to work professionally with the public. Ability to operate a cash register and handle money accurately. Must be able to lift 25-40 pounds and use a two-step ladder. Demonstrate the agency's core values of service, passion, integrity, respect, innovation, and teamwork. Must pass background and drug screenings.
