Position Overview:

The Parts Stock Clerk is responsible for receiving, stocking, organizing, and maintaining accurate inventory of genuine CDJR parts. You will play a key role in keeping our parts department running efficiently so our service technicians and customers always have what they need.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments against packing slips and purchase orders Accurately stock parts in designated bin locations using proper inventory procedures Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits Pull and prepare parts orders for the service department, parts counter, and wholesale customers Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized parts storage area and warehouse Update inventory records in the dealership management system Assist with returns, core returns, and other inventory-related tasks Support Parts Manager and team members as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Previous warehouse, stockroom, or inventory experience preferred (automotive parts experience is a plus) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required — we will train the right candidate!
