Complimentary employee parking available About the Opportunity Our client, a prestigious luxury fashion brand, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Back of House Support Associate to support its boutique team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the luxury retail industry while contributing to the operational success of a high-performing boutique. This role is primarily focused on stockroom operations, inventory management, shipment processing, and merchandise support , making it ideal for candidates who enjoy operational work and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily stockroom operations and inventory management Receive, process, and organize incoming merchandise deliveries Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock organization Assist with merchandise replenishment to support the sales floor Prepare merchandise transfers and outbound shipments Maintain stockroom standards and ensure merchandise is properly stored Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits Support operational projects and boutique initiatives as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back-of-house environment Partner with the boutique team to ensure seamless daily operations Qualifications Previous retail, stockroom, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred Luxury retail experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented Comfortable lifting, moving, and organizing merchandise Strong work ethic and willingness to support operational needs Professional demeanor and positive attitude Ideal Candidate Enjoys inventory and operational work Thrives in a behind-the-scenes support role Detail-oriented and highly organized Dependable and adaptable Interested in gaining experience with a luxury retail brand Comfortable working in a fast-paced boutique environment
