Produce Line Associate

Now hiring Produce Line Associate for a fast-paced food production facility. This position involves preparing, cutting, packaging, and processing fresh fruits and vegetables in a refrigerated warehouse environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift. This is a great opportunity for individuals with food production, warehouse, manufacturing, or kitchen prep experience. Responsibilities Prepare and process fresh fruits and vegetables by hand or using equipment Package products according to company standards Inspect products to ensure quality and freshness Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Weigh and label products accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently in a team-oriented production environment Work Environment Work in a refrigerated environment (approximately 38°F) Standing for extended periods throughout the shift Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive motion Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Previous food production, food prep, warehouse, manufacturing, or produce experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to repeatedly lift up to 25 lbs.
