Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Stocker and become the backbone of our store's success! Duties Stock shelves efficiently by unloading deliveries, organizing products, and ensuring accurate placement according to merchandising standards Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movement, update stock levels, and assist with inventory control processes Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to load and unload shipments from trucks or storage areas Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying shipments, inspecting products for damage, and maintaining accurate records Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively to maximize sales potential Maintain cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor by performing routine cleaning and organization tasks Provide excellent customer service by helping shoppers locate items, answering questions, and supporting retail sales efforts Requirements Prior warehouse or retail experience preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other warehouse equipment safely Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for communicating with diverse customer bases Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist customers confidently Knowledge of grocery store operations, merchandising techniques, and retail math is beneficial Commitment to maintaining a safe environment through proper handling of equipment and adherence to safety protocols Join us as a Retail Stocker where your energy fuels our store's success!
