Job Description
Job Description The Fulfillment Clerk is someone that plays a key role in ensuring customer and wholesale orders are prepared accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with state cannabis regulations. This position is responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and processing products with a high degree of precision. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in an organized, fast-moving environment. Schedule Monday-Friday, Full-Time (5x8s) 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Main Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and label cannabis products for dispensary and wholesale orders. Verify product details and quantities against invoices, manifests, or internal records. Maintain strict compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations and company protocols. Perform accurate inventory tracking, logging, and documentation throughout the fulfillment process. Follow company SOPs related to packaging, labeling, storage, and product handling. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards. Support broader warehouse operations, including inventory management and general tasks as needed. Required Qualifications & Skills Positive mindset & ability to work with others Reliable with numbers and goal-oriented Clear communication skills Close attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met. Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to perform safely and efficiently in a busy setting. Adherence to hygiene, PPE, and dress code policy. Indoor production environment with variable temperatures, noise levels, and work conditions. Standard 40-hour workweek; occasional overtime or extended hours may be required. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending. Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs. and climbing ladders.
