We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our showroom team as a Showroom Design Associate, with the opportunity for growth.
Job Description:
As a Showroom Design Associate, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers and ensuring a positive experience in our showroom.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting and assisting customers as they enter the showroom, providing product information, and answering inquiries.
  • Working one on one with customer, walking them through the selection process and educating them on our products.
  • Assisting with showroom operations, including maintaining cleanliness, organizing displays, and restocking inventory.
  • Processing customer holds/orders accurately and efficiently and assisting with returns and product information.
  • Scheduling orders for out of state and local delivery trucks.
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Processing payments for outbound orders.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Additional duties as requested by the manager.
Experience/Skills Required:
  • 2 years of customer service experience (required).
  • Minimum high school diploma (GED accepted), undergraduate preferred.
  • Experience with multi-line phone system (recommended).
  • Able to work in a fast pace and high-pressure environment.
  • Previous industry experience (preferred, but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Good computer and math skills.
  • Ability to work with a team as one cohesive unit.
  • Ability to bend, lift, or kneel. The hours of operation are Monday
  • Friday 8a
  • 5p and Saturday 10a-2p.
Must be available to work Saturdays and possibly overtime, as needed. Company offers excellent health benefits (employer paid) and vision & dental (employee paid) after 30 days of employment.
