Job Description

Seasonal Fulfillment - Loading Zone Watson's Greenhouse curates the finest garden and home products for an inspirational shopping experience built on expertise, care, and our passion for helping customers feel empowered and excited to create something beautiful. Behind every well-stocked table and smooth delivery is a fulfillment team that works together with care and purpose. We're looking for Seasonal Fulfillment Associates who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and being part of something special during our busiest seasons.
Work Hours:
Friday/Saturday/Sunday 10 AM - 6 PM What You'll Do Mainly responsible for loading product into customer vehicles, lifting products Unload, stage, and stock product for the sales floor Organize and tag plants and products accurately Support daily fulfillment tasks in a fast-paced environment Communicate clearly with teammates using radios Assist customers by directing them to the right team members What You'll Bring Reliable, hardworking team players Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the shift Willingness to learn and take feedback Positive attitude and strong communication skills Availability during peak seasonal periods Why You'll Love Working Here A culture built on belonging and teamwork Meaningful work that supports customer success Opportunities to learn about plants and retail operations A team that values care, quality, and collaboration Benefits Employee Discount Sick Pay Bonus Eligible Seasonal This is a temporary position; length of employment dependent on factors such as customer demand.
