This positions processes and follows through with manufacturer claims and stores damages. This position is responsible for inventory shrink results as it related to operational inventory reconciliation. We are currently seeking a professional and dynamic part-time Stockroom Coordinator (20 hours per week) for our Washougal, WA store location
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Process store products - received from PWM Truck and/or Common Carrier (transfer of product from receiving dock to store stock room, unpack, receive through RF-Smart, process to sales floor or stock room) Prepare and complete sales orders for outbound shipping or pick up in store (pick, pack, ship) Complete Transfer Orders per direction, communicate any differences; partner with receiving and sending stores to ensure completion of transfers or resolution of errors Review and maintain inventory stock levels for accuracy and to ensure proper replenishment. Performs cycle counts, inventory adjustments as needed to rectify stock levels Report all discrepancies through Claim filing process, reviews outstanding claims, follows up to ensure resolution of discrepancy Assess sales floor replenishment needs using NetSuite reporting Maintain sales floor replenishment directives and monitors for consistency and completion Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stockroom including removal of trash and recycling Ensure that health and safety policies and procedures are followed Provide Sales Floor coverage as needed during staffing deficiencies and increased customer traffic Perform other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY AND LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
Train Ambassadors on sales floor related RF-Smart Inventory and
SCIS POS
processes. Requires some supervision of employees both in the stockroom and on the sales floor.

Know when to partner for support. Solution orientated, bringing challenges to a positive conclusion. Partner with store management to find solutions for improvements
SYSTEM & SOFTWARE QUALIFICATIONS
Retail inventory management software and order processing systems Retail point of sale (POS)systems Microsoft office including excel, publisher and word Online shipping platforms such as USPS, UPS and Fed
EX EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
(minimum requirements) High School degree or equivalent working experience in stockroom coordination, logistics, or order receipts/fulfillment Three years retail sales, stock or customer service including a minimum of 2 years store supervision
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Flexible schedule with nights, holidays and weekend shifts per scheduling guidelines. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Reaching arms over head, ladder use, computer operation, continuous standing and walking, hand coordination, telephone use, speaking, reading, writing Extensive standing, lifting, walking
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
This position requires coordinated operational workflows between store and mill Work conducted in compressed work areas
