Key responsibilities Stock shelves from backroom freight; rotate product (FIFO) and check dates. Zone/face product, keep aisles clean, and maintain in-stock conditions. Set features/endcaps, fill outs, and support modular resets. Verify pricing/signing; report/resolve price discrepancies. Assist customers with product location, substitutions, and basic product questions. Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety practices. Meat & Produce Associate Role summary: Stocks packaged meat/produce, maintains freshness, and supports customer needs. Key responsibilities Stock and rotate meat/produce; follow strict date rotation and cold-chain handling. Maintain case presentation, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Pull/handle claims for out-of-date or damaged product. Assist customers with locating items and basic product questions. Deli & Bakery Associate (Production/Packaging) Role summary: Prepares and serves deli items while maintaining food safety and customer service. Key responsibilities Slice meats/cheeses, prepare hot/cold foods, and package/label items. •Bake/finish products (as applicable), package, label, and stock Operate/clean slicers, ovens, fryers, and other equipment (as applicable). Follow time/temperature controls, handwashing, and sanitation routines. Serve customers at the counter; answer questions and suggest items. Common requirements across F&C roles Ability to stand/walk for long periods; frequent bending, reaching, lifting. Comfort working around pallets, carts, and equipment; follow safety rules. Ability to lift/carry items. Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
