Stocking Associate

The focus is on working new freight , organizing backroom/topstock , and maintaining a clean, safe salesfloor . Key responsibilities What success looks like Stock merchandise to the correct location using labels/mods; open cases, place product, and face/zone. Work freight efficiently (pallets/carts), prioritize high-volume areas, and meet productivity expectations. Topstock and bin overstock following store process; keep backroom areas organized. Verify item location/pricing using handheld tools (as applicable) and report issues (missing labels, wrong mod, damaged product). Handle claims for damaged/expired items per process. Maintain safety and cleanliness : keep aisles clear, use proper lifting, follow equipment/PPE rules. Support store readiness : zoning, feature fill, and basic recovery so departments are customer-ready by open. Receiving/backroom stays organized and safe . Typical requirements Ability to lift/carry and handle repetitive motion; comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment. Comfortable standing/walking for long periods; frequent bending, reaching, and climbing step stools/ladders. Ability to work morning 7am-4pm weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Stocking 2 Stocking 2, unloads and stocks freight to keep shelves full and the store ready for customers. The focus is on working new freight , unloading trucks , organizing backroom/topstock , and maintaining a clean, safe salesfloor . Sort and stage freight by department/aisle; build pallets and stage to the correct areas. Move freight to the salesfloor and support stocking teams with timely replenishment. Process backroom tasks such as organizing, wrapping pallets, and keeping receiving clean and audit-ready. Use handheld tools (as applicable) to scan/verify freight, locations, and quantities.

Maintain safety standards in receiving/backroom:

clear walkways, safe stacking, proper lifting. Support store operations during downtime (zoning, returns, feature fill, cleanup). What success looks like Freight is worked accurately , shelves are full and faced , and overstock is neatly topstocked/binned . Aisles are clean, safe, and ready for customers. Typical requirements Ability to lift/carry , push/pull pallets and carts. Comfortable standing/walking for long periods; frequent bending, reaching, and climbing step stools/ladders. Willingness to work 1pm-10pm, 2pm-11pm, or 2pm-10pm , including weekdays, weekends and holidays.
