Provides oversight, guidance, and support to team members as directed by the Store Manager. Leads team members by assisting with training, coaching and developing skills. Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area. Demonstrates strong proficiency while remaining adaptable in a dynamic environment, supporting a wide range of tasks including opening and closing the store. Maintains a consistent presence throughout store while engaging with team members and customers. Communicates with store leadership team and team members in a way that promotes an effective and consistent flow of information throughout the store. Other duties as assigned.What We Need From You:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 1+ year(s) of retail leadership experience preferred. Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints. Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. At least a basic level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook. Experience with common reporting and dashboard tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule.Work Environment:

Work is performed primarily in a standard retail backroom or warehouse environment with extensive team member contact and frequent interruptions. Primary function requires sufficient physical ability to repetitively: Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours). Independently twist, lift, carry, push or pull moderate (10 pounds) to heavy (25 pounds) of weight; using a team lift for objects weighing over 25 pounds. Reach (approximately 54 inches).
