Job Description

Job Summary:
The Stockman is responsible for maintaining well-stocked, organized, and clean shelves throughout the store. This role supports the sales floor by ensuring products are available, properly rotated, and attractively displayed to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Unload, sort, and stock grocery merchandise. Rotate stock and check for expired or damaged items. Maintain clean and safe stockroom and sales floor areas. Assist customers in locating products when needed. Help set up product displays and promotional signage. Retrieve carts and assist with carryouts as needed. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and work ethic. Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Team player with good communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and customer-service focused. Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus but not required.
Work Schedule:
Varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
