Lennox Commercial is seeking a 12-month IT Co-Op to support hands-on .NET application development and data analytics at our Stuttgart manufacturing facility. This role is designed for a student seeking real-world experience building production applications, working with operational manufacturing data, and collaborating directly with IT, engineering, and operations teams. Co-ops at Lennox are structured, development-focused roles designed to provide meaningful hands-on experience in a real manufacturing and business environment. This position offers exposure to cross-functional teams and the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges.
Successful co-ops may be considered for future full-time opportunities upon graduation. Relocation or travel may be required depending on project needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance applications using .NET and C# Design, query, and maintain databases using Microsoft SQL Server Work with analytics and reporting tools to analyze manufacturing and operational data Support data integration between business systems and manufacturing systems Troubleshoot, improve, and document existing applications and data workflows Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams on active projects Participate in development and improvement of tools that support plant operations and decision-making

Required Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field Ability to work onsite for 12 months Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Strong written and verbal communication Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications:
