Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Associate Degree in a technical field preferred, with 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. +
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with hand tools and experience operating HMI and electronic systems. +
Communication:
Ability to clearly report field issues to engineers and communicate effectively across departments. + Attention to
Detail:
Strong observational skills to detect minor defects and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
