SALES & COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
(SYSTEMS, DATA & AIREADINESS
) Cloacina, LLC delivers packaged MBR solutions in municipal, developer, and industrial wastewater sectors.ROLE SUMMARY
This is not a traditional sales role. We are hiring a structured, high-ownership operator to work at the intersection of sales, engineering coordination, and operations. You will take incomplete inputs, create structure, and deliver clear, accurate commercial outputs across teams. A key part of this role is helping build systems, data structures, and processes that position the business for future AI integration and automation.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build clear, accurate proposals for wastewater treatment systems
- Turn incomplete client inputs into structured scopes
- Drive coordination across Sales, Product Development, Legal, and Project Management
- Improve quality, consistency, and speed of commercial outputs
- Identify gaps, reduce rework, and enforce clarity across teams
- Structure data and workflows within CRM (Zoho)
- Track assumptions, revisions, and key commercial details with precision
- Contribute to standardized inputs, templates, and data structures for future automation and AI use

The wastewater industry can be hazardous due to exposure to biological and chemical hazards, as well as physical dangers, including but not limited to, confined spaces, slips, falls, wet and/or humid conditions, high and/or low altitude, moving mechanical parts, high and/or precarious places, fumes and/or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, vibration, sewage, epoxy coatings, solvents, and excessive noise levels. Employees may come in contact with wastewater which contains human waste. Wastewater contains various bacteria, viruses, and parasites that can cause diseases in humans and animals. Workers can be exposed through contact with wastewater, aerosols containing pathogens, or contaminated equipment. Wastewater treatment processes also involve the use of various chemicals, some of which can be toxic or corrosive. It is imperative that employees wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols. While not mandatory, it is also highly recommended that employees stay current with vaccinations, including Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Tetanus, and Diphtheria.Job Type:
