  • Position Summary:
  • We're looking for an Associate Technician to support durability testing on golf products and materials. This role performs hands on testing, documents procedures, summarizes results, and provides data to engineering teams.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Conduct development tests following engineering drawings, procedures, and instructions.
+ Use precision measurement tools, test equipment, and hand tools to perform inspections. + Set up tools/equipment, run tests, collect data, and submit results. + Review and troubleshoot measurement data. + Assemble and disassemble clubs and related equipment. + Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment. + Enter data into PC systems and produce simple reports. + Follow all safety procedures and participate in process improvements. + Other duties as assigned.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • + Ability to perform basic arithmetic (decimals, percentages, fractions).
+ Able to read engineering drawings and specifications. + Experience using precision measuring instruments and hand tools (3+ months). + Strong organization skills and attention to detail. + Comfortable working in a team environment and communicating across departments. + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • + Laboratory setting with exposure to dirt, dust, and noise. + Ability to stand for extended periods. + Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform bending, stooping, and reaching. + Ability to work various shifts or extended hours as needed. + Work efficiently and accurately despite interruptions.
  • Pay Details:
  • $19.
