AT&T Wireless Representative Responsibilities:

Assist with daily sales activity and outreach on behalf of AT&T's wireless and internet services to businesses and customers Work directly with customers to provide product information, handle service inquiries, and recommend solutions. Support the AT&T Wireless Representative and sales teams by tracking progress, analyzing performance, and identifying growth opportunities. Collaborate with management to refine sales and customer engagement strategies for AT&T services to businesses. Maintain accurate documentation of customer accounts, sales reports, and AT&T Wireless Representative performance metrics.

AT&T Wireless Representative Qualifications:

Excellent communicator with strong sales and customer service skills. Motivated and goal-driven with a desire to master the AT&T Wireless Representative role with potential to grow into leadership and management roles. Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced telecommunications environment. Team-oriented individual who enjoys working directly with customers and supporting a group dynamic.
