The Brand Representative will focus on sales and client acquisition, addressing concerns, and highlighting the reliability of budget-friendly wireless services. As a Brand Representative, you'll receive sales and product training that turns you into a resource for affordable wireless solutions. The Brand Representative meets with our clients in person to help them find affordable smartphones and data plans that suit their needs. Every sale you close means another client can search for jobs, attend doctor visits, or just call home. Responsibilities of the Brand Representative Act as a Brand Representative by presenting affordable mobile solutions as practical tools for everyday communication. Create interactive experiences by showcasing devices and plans in community spaces, encouraging hands‑on exploration of affordability and ease of use. Guide clients through activation with step‑by‑step support, ensuring reduced‑rate programs are accessible without technical hurdles. Highlight long‑term savings of prepaid, no‑credit‑check models, helping clients redirect funds toward essential client needs. Gather valuable feedback from sales interactions to inform marketing and sales strategies and strengthen community trust. Maintain ongoing sales relationships by following up with new clients and reinforcing the reliability and care in affordable telecommunications. Qualifications of the Brand Representative High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, client service, or sales is a plus. Confidence in presenting wireless devices as essential tools for communication. Confidence in explaining prepaid affordability as a reliable solution for families. Strong interpersonal skills that make sales consultations approachable and effective. Ability to reliably commute to our onsite Campbell office location
