Job Description:
A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level associate (4-6 years of experience) for its Technology Transactions practice in the Bay Area. The practice advises technology companies, life sciences businesses, and financial sponsors on a broad range of commercial technology and intellectual property matters that support both day-to-day operations and strategic corporate transactions.
Representative work includes:
Drafting and negotiating commercial technology agreements, including SaaS, licensing, and cloud services arrangements Supporting M&A and investment transactions with significant technology and IP components Advising on intellectual property ownership, licensing, and commercialization issues Structuring and negotiating strategic partnerships, collaborations, and joint development arrangements Counseling clients on data usage and technology-related contractual frameworks The firm offers market-leading compensation, exposure to sophisticated commercial and transactional technology matters, direct client interaction, and significant responsibility within a collaborative platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
