Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, engaging with potential clients and nurturing existing accounts to drive revenue growth. Your passion for plants, combined with your ability to build strong relationships and understand customer needs, will empower you to succeed in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in sales while contributing to our company's expansion and success. Duties Actively pursue new business opportunities Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients Develop strategic territory plans to maximize sales potential and market coverage Utilize our ERP software to capture sales and process orders Build programs with customers to include pot selections, sales dates, shipping and delivery details. Attend industry events like CAST and Cultivate to continue to develop relationships in the industry. Perform regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, industry trends, and competitors' offerings Staying up to date on new selections from different breeders, being knowledgeable on different series and new items. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong management skills with the ability to lead a sales team Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills that foster long-term relationships Computer skills in general Ability to develop presentations tailored to client to include power points or in person presentations Skilled in cold calling, direct sales approaches, and inside sales techniques to generate leads and close deals Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making Experience in retail sales or territory sales in the Horticulture industry prefered Demonstrated ability in marketing collaboration, upselling strategies, and managing multiple accounts simultaneously Join us as a Sales Representative if you're passionate about driving growth through innovative sales strategies! Pay:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
