Our Fresno team is looking for a motivated AT&T Sales Representative who thrives in a customer-focused sales environment and enjoys building relationships while helping customers choose the best wireless solutions. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, sales conversations, and helping customers find the right products and services while building a long-term career in telecommunications sales. As an AT&T Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers, educating them on AT&T's wireless services, mobile devices, and 5G technology while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Engage directly with customers to understand their mobile service needs and wireless technology preferences Present and explain AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, devices, and service options Provide excellent customer service while guiding customers through the sales process Assist customers with account setup, device upgrades, and new wireless activation Build strong relationships with customers through consultative sales and personalized recommendations Educate customers on 5G connectivity, data plans, and device features Support customers with account questions, billing explanations, and service options Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and account updates Identify opportunities for additional lines, device upgrades, and bundled services Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics

AT&T Sales Representative:
Position Type:
Full-Time Earnings:
Earnings of $80 to $150 per qualified lead converted into a sale.
Weekly Pay:
On average, Representatives earn start at $900 weekly based on 100%
Commission Schedule:
Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week)
Job Locations:
Main Freno, CA office location and field locations in surrounding cities/areas as assigned.
Clients & Products:
Promote AT&T's wireless phone services.
